CDP™ (Complete Dairy Protein) is a new line of ingredients containing up to 90% protein in the same ratio as milk, which has been introduced by Euro Proteins, Inc. Completely soluble at neutral pH, CDP retains the functionality of both the casein and whey protein fractions. CDP has a wide range of applications including fortified beverages and bars, cookies and frozen desserts. An instantized form is also available for beverage powders and nutritional supplements.
